What We Believe...
According to the US Constitution Article 7 amendment 4, "it is the right of the people to be secure in their persons...against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated but upon probable cause supported by oath of Affirmation..."
We believe any and all bodily fluids taken for any testing reason should be done so under agreeable consent. Unfortunately in today's society consent has become a forcible contingent to be a successful part of society. This blatant discrimination supposes a predetermination of guilt and requires and seizure of bodily fluid for the search of any illicit materials.
This testing without probable cause such as criminal background, history of drug abuse ect... forces the honest, hardworking citizen to release the affects of their person, such as urine, hair samples, blood or any other bodily element a company deems necessary for testing purposes. In today's society of science, technology and fraud, it should be a persons right to keep their personal information protected, including bodily samples that contain DNA from being sampled, filed and stored.
